This is a video of the first time paragliding lift off in Guatemala.

As you’ll see, I am taking off over the majestic Lake Atitlan.

The view was fantastic.

I had the help of a guide by the name of Roger Lapointe.

He was an expat from Quebec, Canada who had been living in the area for two decades, working as a paragliding tour guide.

This video is from my perspective.

You will get to see the area just how I saw it.

I didn’t record the entire flight, just lift off and then for a little while into the flight.
